Using the service
You may use DIYWAY for your own business purposes. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of cost inputs you provide.
Analysis and estimates
DIYWAY produces commercial analysis, including estimates and recommendations. These are decision support, not guarantees of financial outcome. You remain responsible for decisions taken in your business.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed per site. There is no setup fee and no minimum term unless separately agreed in writing.
Independence
DIYWAY is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any delivery marketplace.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DIYWAY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to account holders in advance.
