Contact details you submit through the Profit Snapshot and contact forms, account details for platform users, and commercial data about your delivery operation.
Why we collect it
To prepare and discuss your Profit Snapshot, to provide the platform, to support your account and to improve the product.
What we never do
We never sell your data, and we never share your commercial data with delivery marketplaces.
Retention and deletion
Raw uploaded customer statements and files are deleted 12 months after the engagement ends, or earlier on request, subject only to legal retention requirements. Anonymised or derived metrics may be retained where lawful.
Lead enquiries are kept while there is a legitimate business interest in the conversation. Account data is kept for the life of the account and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your uploaded files sooner at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page.
