Download your recent orders/sales statement or performance export from each platform you trade on.

Upload it securely
You get an invitation to a private DIYWAY workspace and upload the files there. No passwords, no account access.

DIYWAY analyses the economics
We rebuild your contribution per order, compare platforms, and separate supplied figures from estimates.

Receive your Snapshot within 5 working days
A written diagnosis plus a short review call to walk through what it means.
What to upload
Send whatever you already have for each platform you trade on. Typically up to three months of data where it is available — if you have less, we will tell you honestly whether it is enough. You never edit, rename or combine files, and you never map columns: DIYWAY does that for you.
Uber Eats
Your recent orders/sales statement or performance export from Uber Eats for Merchants.
Where to find it: Sign in to Uber Eats Manager and open the Reports area to download your CSV exports.
Deliveroo
Your recent orders/sales statement or performance export from Deliveroo Restaurant Hub.
Where to find it: Sign in to Deliveroo Partner Hub and open Reports. Deliveroo often limits each order export to about two weeks, so send each block — DIYWAY joins them together.
Just Eat
Your recent orders/sales statement or performance export from the Just Eat partner centre.
Where to find it: Open your Just Eat Takeaway reporting environment. DIYWAY confirms the exact export needed for your account, so nothing here holds up the rest of your analysis.
